The ten indicators used were: health disease deaths, cancer deaths, unintentional injury deaths, suicide deaths, drug overdose deaths, obesity prevalence, diabetes prevalence, infant deaths, preterm births, and childhood immunization. Below is more information relating to the indicators. The grade is determined by Idaho's ranking among the other states and D.C. If the target has NOT been met, the grade is lowered by one whole grade.
